Hearts of Oak captain, Thomas Abbey have given the clearest indication that he is not certain to extend his contract at the club.
Abbey, who was the club’s top scorer in the just ended Ghana Premier League helped the club to finish the season at the 3rd position with 45 points.
However, the Windy Professionals midfielder has hinted that he might be leaving the Phobians if the club failed to meet his asking price.
“I can’t promise Hearts of Oak fans of my stay because I’m still in negotiations with management so if they are able to meet my demands, I will renew my contract but if they are not able to meet my demand, I think Hearts fans will not see me in the rainbow colors next season.
“But even if negotiations don’t go well, my next destination will be in Europe but not in the local league,” he told ATL FM.
